1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the super9 website, mobile interface, and any associated services operated under the super9 brand at super9.co ("Platform"). By clicking "Register," completing the sign-up process, accessing your super9 account, or placing any bet, wager, or stake through the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms.

super9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, super9 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the super9 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. super9 operates exclusively as a 21+ platform. Persons under this age are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as the registered account holder, and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the super9 Platform or any associated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of super9 or any of its licensed game providers.

super9 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all accounts prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. You may be required to provide a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and, where required, proof of source of funds. super9 reserves the right to suspend any account where age or identity verification cannot be completed to its satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the super9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your super9 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Keep your account credentials, including your password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify super9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

super9 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the super9 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). super9 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX instant transfer. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method registered in your super9 account. super9 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are published in the account help section and are subject to change. Verified accounts can ordinarily expect withdrawals to be processed within 10 minutes during business hours, though this is not guaranteed in all circumstances.

super9 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at any time. This may include requesting documentation of source of funds, source of wealth, or payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of such due diligence.

• super9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited at super9 are held separately from operational funds in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
• Deposits made via methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the super9 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or event type — sports betting, live casino, slots, or poker. Game-specific rules are published within each respective section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all super9 products include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except as provided under the applicable game rules.
• super9 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is compromised, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.

• In the event of a technical fault affecting a game or bet settlement, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules. The decision of super9 is final in all cases of dispute.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all super9 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• One bonus offer per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or promotional structures.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any table game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping, or using the Platform to facilitate any activity that may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Malaysian or international law.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Taking any action that could interfere with the stability, integrity, or security of the Platform.

super9 reserves the right to terminate any account, forfeit any balance, and report activity to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the super9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the super9 brand name and marks, is the property of super9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the super9 Platform without the prior written consent of super9.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, super9, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays in game resolution.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in bet settlement where corrected promptly and in accordance with applicable game rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

super9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC or AML verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns are detected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to deduction of any bonuses that have not met applicable wagering requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming
